“Winchester Cathedral” - The New Vaudeville Band

The New Vaudeville Band released “Winchester Cathedral” in 1966, it is filled with upbeat tracks to get your toes tapping. I became obsessed with this album because it was inspired by dance music of the lively 1920s.
I first discovered this LP at a thrift store in Michigan, I immediately fell in love… I later purchased a second copy from the $.50 bin at a record store in Chicago. This recording won the Grammy for Best Song in 1967, I promise it is worth a listen!

“Baby Driver” - Simon and Garfunkel

“And I was born one dark grey morning with music coming in my ears…”
Simon and Garfunkel’s 1970 release “Bridge Over Troubled Water” is a beloved album by listeners the world over. I adore this song! In fact, it is my favorite on the album and one of my favorite songs of all time.

“Dog Eat Dog” - Adam & the Ants

This song has been stuck in my head for days! I recorded this track from “EXPOSED!” a 1981 a release featuring songs from a variety of new rock artists. The song “Dog Eat Dog” by Adam & the Ants is from the album “Kings of the Wild Frontier” released in 1980.
